Black Powder food colour.
Can be used for coloring creams, gives the best result in macaroons, cake sponges ganaches
!!! Please be advised that the first colour obtaind, by using a small amount of this color is PURPLE. By adding more black powder you will obtain an INDIGO colour. By addding around 10 - 12 grams to your mixture you will obtain a very dark colour like BLACK.
This powder is a very strong food coloring. Please add very little at a time until reach get the desired color in your baking product.
Please use gloves when using as this can stain your hands pretty much.
